Gas or Hydraulic Extra Heavy Duty Shocks for 1966-67-68-69-70-71-72-73-74-75-76-77-78, Oldsmobile Toronado, and Cadillac Eldorado for better stability and control
These were the only front wheel drive cars in the late 60's.
These cars were heavy and hung over in the front and rear which requires
more stability and control from your shock absorbers.

Our Extra Heavy Duty shocks utilize a

50% bigger piston (1 3/8")
and twice the oil capacity compared to a heavy duty shock.

The larger piston area spreads the load over a wider area which
provides more control while maintaining a comfortable ride.

The larger oil capacity allows the shock to dissipate
the heat faster and thus work more efficiently.

Choose hydraulic for period correct shock and ride:
 or
pick gas charged for quicker response and a crisp feel.
