Mercury Rear Extra Heavy Duty Shocks - pair, 1949 to 1979

Heavy Duty Shocks have approximately 50% more piston area and twice the oil capacity of a standard shock. By spreading the load over a bigger surface and disipating heat faster these shocks provide an OEM like ride. Internal piston O.D.is 1 3/16".
